ANNUAL AWARDS
Each year, at the Fall Conference, a number of awards are presented to outstanding arts educators in the state. An explanation of each award can be viewed by clicking HERE. The categories of awards are:

AWARDS COMMITTEE WILL REVIEW NOMINATIONS IN SEPTEMBER.
LETTERS GO OUT TO ALL NOMINEES ON OCTOBER 1.
AWARDS PRESENTED AT FALL CONFERENCE IN NOVEMBER.
HOW TO NOMINATE AN MAEA MEMBER
Print off the NAEA nomination form (the awards packet is located on the right side of the page under Tool Kit. You will print pages 10 & 11 of the packet). Please fill out your name and address completely, then the nominees name and address completely. Be sure and indicate which award that you are nominating them for. See the list of awards above to choose from. Then the nominee will fill out a couple of pages summarizing their accomplishments and vitae.
